This development involves the rehabilitation and expansion of two buildings from the late 19th century, in a state of ruin, located on Rua de Santa Catarina.

The project preserved valuable architectural elements, such as the main façade made of stone and masonry, incorporating them into a contemporary approach that transformed the complex into a building with 15 residential units.

At the back of the building, the former gardens were transformed into green spaces assigned to the units, with lawn areas, tree and shrub beds.

The construction was completed at the end of 2023.
