ABOUT THE PROJECT

The residential condominium CEDOFEITA 497 is the result of the reconstruction and expansion of three buildings located on Rua de Cedofeita.

For the plot, a project for a 5-story building was licensed, which includes 1 commercial space and 9 apartments (1 T2 duplex and 1 T3 duplex on the ground floor with private gardens; 6 T2/T2+1 and 1 T3). The apartments have storage space and parking spots (double for the T3 units).

The CEDOFEITA 497 condominium is located in the block between Álvares Cabral Street and Torrinha Street. It is an area served by public transportation, including buses and the metro. Nearby, several landmarks of the City of Porto are located, such as the Romanesque Church of Cedofeita, the Law School, Santo António Hospital, Lusíadas Hospital, and the Boavista Roundabout.

Construction began at the end of 2024 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
