ABOUT THE PROJECT

At the MOINHO DE VENTO FLATS development, renovation takes on a new dimension: preserving the character, enhancing comfort, and creating a unique living space. The lot is located next to the Leça da Palmeira fort, 200 meters from the beach and the tidal pool. The development stems from the renovation of the former Leixões Bakery on Rua Moinho de Vento, complemented by the construction of a new building facing Travessa dos Dois Amigos. Construction is expected to begin in September 2026 and be completed in the second half of 2027.
