Historic building at Rua de Fernandes Tomás No. 797, between Rua de Sá da Bandeira and Rua do Bonjardim, in the heart of downtown Porto, with unique facades and interiors, set on a plot of 850m2.

The building's renovation project, designed by architect Adriana Floret, includes 13 units: 2 shops; 11 studio and one-bedroom apartments.

The construction was completed at the end of 2024.
