ABOUT THE PROJECT

Built from the ground up, this residential building consists of 27 apartments with T1, T2, and T3 layouts.

Located just 10 minutes from the Marquês de Pombal metro station and Praça Francisco Sá Carneiro, this distinctly contemporary project meets the comfort and location needs sought by families.

All units come with parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging points.

At the back of the building, a communal green space has been created, featuring lawn areas, tree and shrub beds, promoting moments of leisure and outdoor well-being.

The construction was completed in June 2023.
